method of introducing the coin into the orange is very ingenious and far superior to older
methods. After "vanishing" the coin, you retain it in your left hand, and take
the selected orange in your left hand also.
The orange is cut into two halves by a sharp knife and is turned
around in the hand as the cutting proceeds. When the part that is first cut is thus
revolved until it is against the palm of the left hand, the coin is worked into the cut.
